I have ridden the bicycle for several months. I like this activities on account of be healthier. I have extra class about English. I need to go to English teacher’s home once week on Saturday minoring. Almost, I go there by bike. It just cost me 1 hour to teacher’s home.Through biking, I benefits from this activity.
Leisure time is important to all of us , for everyone needs time to relax. As a student, I spend most of my time in the classroom attending lessons. So it is all the most necessary for me to have a Chang in order to refresh my mind and renew my energy. Cycling actually improves my ability to study. Through cycling, I can get more exercise and build my body. Good health contributes a lot to success.
For one thing, Cycling can make us strong, prevent us from getting too fat, and keep us healthy. Cycling can be of great value to people who work with their brains most of the day, because it gives people valuable practice in exercising the body. What’s more, cycling makes my life richer and more colourful. Just as the saying goes, “All work and no play makes Jim a dull boy.” So people enjoy taking part in various kinds of sports. Cycling is also useful in character training. They demand not only physical skill and strength but also courage, enthusiasm and teamwork. Once, I returned home with my classmate. I was so tired to ride bike. I had about five hundred away from my home. I wanted to give up, but my classmate kept encouraging me. She told some stories to me, I focus on her story instead of thinking weariness. To my surprise, I persisted in cycling 3 hundred meters.
In my opinion, cycling fits my lifestyle. I like saving whatever time or to the environment and biking is also healthy for my body. the disturbing troubles like waiting for ages to get a subway ticket or undertaking increasingly price of oil for your own car will be gone. it is obvious that bicycle can be associated with a more healthy concept. Almost all muscles through the whole body are taking movement when you are taking a bike. It is an excellent choice to keep healthy in cycling. as most people's thought, the remarkable merit of bike cycling might be that it is environmentally friendly(no noise and gas emission). Meanwhile, bike cycling, as a mean of transport, is getting more and more fashion in some west countries. it represents a more convenient, economical and environmental idea, particularly in big cities, where the huge number of cars are crowded.
One of my personal goals is to lost weight because over weight would cause hypertension, diabates and so on. Most members of my family have diabates, so I need to pay more attention about this kind of illness. However, cycling has some limitation, for example, rainy day, windy day, and so on. In addition, we should be attentional during cycling because the grounds would not be flat and it would be easier for people to fall down from the bike. Even though there are some limitation, I would keep cycling for benefits from it.
